UAH tops the list of the 400 best universities in the world in the areas of Arts and Humanities (position 377) and Electrical and Electronic Engineering (401-450) for the second consecutive year. It also revalidates its leadership in the areas of Medicine and Health Sciences (position 401-500) and Medicine (401-450).

The QS World University Ranking by subject 2020 analyzes four indicators. Two of them are focused on research (citations per document and “H-Index”). The other two are about the reputation of the institutions, both among the academics of other institutions, and from the perception of the employers. In this edition of the ranking, more than 4,000 universities from 153 countries have been evaluated in a total of 48 subjects.
